RETURNS
At Studio L we want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases and our products. However, in case the product you bought is defective or differs from what you saw on the site, either in the image or in its description, you can return it within 14 days from the day of receipt.
Our online store will refund the total amount of the cost of the product. Payments are made via PayPal, using a credit card or cash on delivery in case you are in Greece. To activate the return process, you must first send an email to [email protected] to let us know. Once we receive the product, evaluate it and see that it is in good condition, we will replace it or return the money to your account.
Changes without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

For any cancellation of your order please send an email to [email protected], or call 697 8799704 within two days from the registration of your order, stating your name, your order number and your contact details. The above information must be accurate and the same as the order details in order for your details to be confirmed.
We will make every effort to have your request processed and completed immediately.
